00 · My story
Thirty years of helping others grow.
I started on the floor, not in the boardroom. Training teams, opening restaurants, standing in shops. What I learned there never left me: people grow when someone takes the time to show them the way.
For thirty years I helped organisations change. In telecom, in healthcare, in banking, in culture. I built learning programmes for thousands of people, led a roadmap for diversity and inclusion, and worked on a programme to speed up female entrepreneurship. Again and again, the real change was never the system. It was the people inside it, finding the courage to try.
Then I went all in on AI. For a full year I worked in AI, 32 hours a week. On top of that came more than 3,500 hours of my own: building, testing, failing and trying again. My flying hours. Not to replace people, but to give them room for what only they can do.
That is why I say yes. Not because AI is perfect, but because it catches what I am less good at. Where I am weak, an AI service supports me. Where I am strong, I have more room to shine. That is exactly what I want to give you.
Then came one insight that changed my direction: in our fast digital world, the wisdom of generations is being lost faster than ever. That is why I founded NouSSe. And it is why I built Inez Says Yes: the same care I gave organisations, now for the most important project there is. Your own life.

We help people look at the questions they carry around, in a few minutes, without fuss. A short scan gives you a personal letter: what is strong in you, and one real next step.

The creativity of the individual is endless.
Every person carries a creativity without limit. But a competitive society makes us unsure: of our worth, our timing, our right to try.
We believe AI will become our support. Not to replace what is human, but to strengthen our weak points, so each of us can get on with our talent and flourish.
03 · Mindful living
Slow down. Look. Then choose.
Since 2019 I have lived and worked in the mindful niche. What I learned is simple: growth starts when you stop running long enough to hear your own question.
Mindful living is not escaping the busy world. It is meeting it awake: noticing the role you play, the shadow you push away, and the yes or no that is truly yours. In the spirit of Carl Jung, we look inward to live outward with more ease.
Every test, letter and book here is a small pause. One thread, pulled gently, until the knot loosens.

Small makers, same intention.
We work with anyone who shares this intention: give people more than a quick answer, and open a door to depth. That is why our bookshelf sends readers to independent bookshops, not the biggest platform.
The small entrepreneur who chooses with care is our natural partner. Their shelf, our letter, one reader who feels seen.

Human creativity. Built with AI.
This mission and vision come from me and my creativity. The technology of this platform, and much of its further input, were made with the help of AI.
That is not a footnote, it is the proof: one person with an idea, supported by AI, building something I could not have built alone.
06 · Ethical AI
Yes to AI. No to AI at any cost.
Saying yes to AI does not mean saying yes to everything. We believe in AI that is sustainable, honest and safe. That is a choice, and we make it every day.
AI runs on data centres, and many of them warm the earth. It does not have to be that way. Cleaner solutions already exist: centres powered by renewable energy, cooled with less water, and models that do more with less. We prefer the providers who choose that road, and we say so out loud.
We also choose platforms that draw a clear line. No sexualised or nude images, no deepfakes of real people, no content that harms children or exploits anyone. A tool that allows that is not a tool we promote.
And your data stays yours. We use only what is needed to write your letter, we never sell it, and you can delete your account at any time.
Technology should help us flourish, without costing the earth or anyone's dignity.
