Brand & communication

One voice, one mark, one invoice.

The Architecture of Radical Affirmation. Everything that leaves here — a module, a bill, a thank-you note — is recognisably the same person. This page is the standard; the site and the automatic e-mails already follow it.

The mark

The mark is the thread of thought turned once: down into the question, out again as an answer. The no is the same thread with a line struck through it. Never stretch it, never recolour it outside the palette, never place it on a photograph.

Voice

  • Short sentences. One idea each.

    Stacked clauses and hedging.

  • Say what a thing does not do, in the same breath as what it does.

Promises you cannot keep by Tuesday.

  • Name the price, the VAT and the date.

    “Contact us for pricing.”

  • Address one person: you.

    “Our valued customers.”

  • End with the next step or nothing at all.

    Exclamation marks, emoji, hype.

What I would do first: [one step, doable this week].
What I would not do yet: [the thing to leave alone].

No follow-up sale attached to this note. If you want the next step, you know where I am.

About your [access / module / invoice]

Body

Here is the decision, not a status update.

What happened: [one line].
What I did: [repair / replacement / refund].
What you do now: [one step, or nothing].

If the same question reaches me twice, the product is at fault, not you — then I fix the module.

Body

[module title] leaves the catalogue on [date]. You keep your access for at least 12 months from today — nothing is taken away.

Why: [the honest reason].
What replaces it: [module or nothing].
